Hey Jon, I’m a fellow racer and have recently experienced those deep downs after my races in the British Columbian Nor-Ams. I have come to realize what pushes me on after these downs… Although the downs may out number the ups, the good days are beyond measure and more make up for the days where you suck. Nothing can beat finishing a day of racing feeling like a champ. No need to worry too because those good days are garanteed to come around every once in a while. Thanks, Rob
