So I think I am really getting into this! Over the past 5 years I have told my self "its time to get serious and start training" but for some reason I have let to many things get in my way. I really do think its different this time! Over the past 10 days I have had 8 session in the gym and 5 ski trainings on top of that. It really feels great! Now all I have to do is stay on this course and keep working at it, I really think I will, feel stronger, more energetic and super motivated!
Just crushed my abs so I am off to bed, but before I fall asleep I had to share this video, pretty funny how wrong things can go when you are tyring to be cool!
