Vattenfall Summer Camp, Day 3

We made it through the week!

I have to say that when I panned this camp I did not know what to expect and I did not think that I would end up uber sore at the end of it! But thanks to Hans and Maria it ended up being a fantastic camp, lots of the kids said it was the best camp they had been to and I feel like I was run over by a huge truck, so super win for everyone!

It also opened up my eyes for the training facility at Bosön, that place is fantastic, for sure the place I will train at when I am in Sthlm. Its just totally different to be surrounded by athletes training to win, compared to most other gyms where people go to feel and look good!

Summer vacation is not quite here, still have another session at Bosön tomorrow before we head south for a few days in Gothenburg and than off to Båstad for the Gumball party!

Thanks to all the kids that showed up, you all rocked!
