There we go, thats more like it! I thought for a sec in Australia that my skiing skills had gone backwards. Today we were back on hard snow again and things felt great!
Last year when we were here with Team TNT I really liked it but I have to say that being here with the Swedish team is fantastic. No matter how much I have believed that I could just do this by my self I am now realizing that a team with coaches really makes a big difference. Today could have been just another freeskiing day like last year, but with 2 coaches constantly watching and delivering valuable feedback along with Oskars filming its just on a whole new level now. I truly feel that I am getting a much better understanding for what I need to do as the days go by. Having Ted Ligety train just next to you does not hurt either, god that guy skis well!
Race here tomorrow, stoked to get back on it again!

Why the hell are you wearing the under armour loose shorts while skiing?
when you are doing those curls (barbell curls) for the girlsssss
instead of holding the dumbells with your palm facing the sky hold it like is a ski pole
and do hundreds of them that is a direct move that you do in racing besides 2/3 s of your arm muscle is tricep
again do barbell curls and hold them like a ski pole but keep your elbow tucked tight into your body both elbows touching your sides up down up down slowly start with 30 pounds each what ever that is in kilos and move up to 50s eventually
also do tricep extensions with rope holding rope like is a ski pole too
