When I met Janni her plan was to figure out what she wanted to do in life after having lived in London and Marbella for a year after her graduation. As you all know I travel a ton so in order for us to be able to see each other she joined me around the globe for a while. Its was fantastic but for a motivate girl like Janni it soon became a bit un forefilling to just follow me around and not have a base of her on in life.
So she started to stay home more and work more at her moms shoe store while she was trying to figure out what she really wanted to do. Then by chance she came across blogging and as she already had a ton of followers on Istagram she thought that why not give the blog thing a chance.
That was 6 months ago and now thanks to the blog her schedule is filled with her own trips around the globe with work out trips to LA, surf trips to Portugal and meetings all day long while I am stuck here in the couch waiting for her to come back. So its safe to say that our roles changed a ton with her blog and my injury. But i am so proud of the work she has done, the blog has grown enormously and she almost gets more e mails than I do. I think most people think that blogging is a very strange job and all you have to do is go have coffee with you blog buddies and take a picture of it. But when you do it right like she does its more than a full time job. I have even told her that its time for her to set boundaries and work hours as she is working on things 24/7, but on the other had I know how fun it is when you have found something you like and you are good at!
So pretty soon I think I will be the one asking for a link on her blog to boost my stats, who would have thought that 6 months ago when she hated to be infront of the camera! Pround of you Janni, hard work pays off no matter what you do!
